From my endocrinologist:
"It appears you are in persistent remission from the Graves' disease."
And he discharged me to the care of my primary physician! How cool is that?
Remission has lasted almost a year, thus far. The last remission was about 14 years.

What fantastic news!
Hi- Great news! What do you attribute this remission to? Anything you may have done specifically or do you think it's just your body healing itself? I want remission too! But there has been no decrease in my PTU. I wonder if I should research more natural holistic options more seriously. I wish you continued good health!!
I'm not sure I did anything except take propylthiouracil. Been under tremendous stress the last year (working as a nurse). I do eat well, tho!
